How do I change my plan add-ons online?

NOTE:
The steps in this article assume you are signed on to My Sprint. To learn how to sign on to My Sprint, go to How do I sign on to my account online?
NOTE:
Services are extra add-on features you can add to your device. These add-on features can change depending on what type of device you have. The following is a list of examples that you may see available for your device:
  • International Dialing Capability
  • Roadside Rescue
  • Sprint PCS Vision Pack
  • Sprint Family Locator Service
  • Nationwide Direct Connect® Restriction
To add services to your plan online, perform the following steps:
1. From My Sprint, click Phone & Plan.

2. Next to the device that you want to change services for, click Change Plan Add-ons.

3. Under Change Plan Add-ons, click to select the services you would like to add.

NOTE:
If you don't see the add-on you are looking for, click chat with us and ask the agent if the add-on is available.
4. Click Save Changes.
