
How do I change or update my rate plan?
NOTE:
You can change your plan without extending your contract. Plan pricing can be found on the
plan selection page. To learn how to make other changes to your rate plan, go to

To change your plan online, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Visit www.sprint.com. If you have not done so already, you will need to register. |
| 2. | Scroll down to find the phone whose plan you would like to change. |
| 3. | To the right of the phone, click Change plan/Add a phone. |
| 4. | Click Change to another individual plan, Change to another family plan, or Combine my phones onto one plan. |
| 5. | Click on the plan names to select and view plan details. |
| 6. | Select the plan that is right for you and click Continue. |
| 7. | Select add-ons for the phone pictured at the top of the page. If you have more than one line on your plan, you need to repeat this step and select add-ons for each phone. |
| 8. | Review your order details to ensure that they are correct. Before you change your plan, we want you to know that once you change your plan, you will not be able to change back to your previous plan if it is a plan that we no longer offer. However, you will be able to switch to other plans we currently offer. |
| 9. | Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click Continue. |
NOTE:
Your plan change will be reflected on your next bill.
