Access Visual Voicemail

  1. Press the Home icon on the bottom of your phone.
  2. Touch Main > Voicemail.
  3. Touch an entry from the list of available voicemail messages to access a message.
    • If you are out of data coverage, you will receive a notice that a message cannot be downloaded. The notice will tell you to press the green Call bar to access voicemail.
    • To access voicemail from another phone:
      1. Dial your mobile phone number.
      2. When voicemail answers, press the star (*) key.
      3. Enter a passcode, if applicable.
