To activate international data roaming service:
If you already own a device:
- First, before traveling, make sure you have used the device on the Sprint network at least once.
- Next, you will need to make sure international wireless service is enabled. Contact Sprint Worldwide customer care at 1-888-226-7212, option 2. Alternately, you can chat with us online by going to International Services, then clicking Chat with us located in the top right of the page.
To purchase or rent a GSM device:
- Contact Sprint Worldwide customer care at 1-888-226-7212, option 2.
