Add, remove or update access to your sprint.com profile

You can control the level of access to any profile or phone that has access to your account on My Sprint.You can grant permission to another user on the account to change their plan, add a phone, or pay and update billing information.

To manage or allow profile access, you must be the account owner. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.

To add, revoke or update access to your sprint.com profile:

  1. Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
  2. Click the My preferences tab
  3. Click Allow access to my account
  4. On the Allow access to my account page, you can manage permissions and change access using the drop-down menu under Permissions
  5. In the Permissions drop-down menu, you will see the following levels of access:
    • Manage users and account
      • Allow access
      • Change plans
      • Add a phone
      • Pay and update your bill
      • See minutes used
      • Check upgrade status
    • Manage account
      • Change plans
      • Add a phone
      • Pay and update your bill
      • See minutes used
      • Check upgrade status
    • Manage device
      • See minutes used
      • Check upgrade status
    • No access
      • This user will not be able to access your account. After you save this change, you won't see this user on your list again.
  6. Click Save
  7. You will see the confirmation message: "Thank you! We've saved your changes".
