Add the Equipment Replacement Program (ERP) or Equipment Service & Repair Program (ESRP) to your device separately

You can add either the Equipment Replacement Program or the Equipment Service & Repair Program to your device as stand alone protection programs. Either program must be added to your device within 30 days of activation or upgrade. You can also add either program at the same time to 10 or more lines on the same account whenever you like.

To add either program to your device, visit a Sprint store or call Asurion Customer Care at 1-800-584-3666.
