Back up your contacts online using Sprint Mobile Sync
Sprint Search is designed to answer questions that are worded in plain,
conventional English, just as you would ask them to another person.
For example:
Type "What BlackBerry phones do you sell?" instead of "cell phone"
Type "How do I change my password?" instead of "password"
Type "What plans do you offer for families?" instead of "plans"
Try checking your spelling and grammar to help get the most accurate results.
Correct capitalization is not required, but can sometimes help to locate names and acronyms.

After your phone is activated, you’ll see this message:
Mobile Sync: Sprint Mobile Sync is a free service which automatically
stores a copy of your contact list and allows you to add, edit or delete
contacts online by logging into www.sprint.com. If your phone is ever lost or
stolen, or if you simply decide to upgrade your handset, the contact list will
be automatically restored to your new phone. Would you like to activate this
service now?
Select Activate or No.
Your screen will say Updating your status.
The screen will disappear after a few seconds or you can press End.
Once the status update is complete, four options will display in the Sprint
Mobile Sync menu.
If Activate is chosen then you will see:
Alert
View Status
Learn More
Deactivate
If deactivate displays, this means the phone has checked in
and your account is active.
You should only choose deactivate if you want to stop backing
up your contacts online.
Selecting deactivate will permanently erase all contacts
stored online.
Any contacts on the phone will remain and will re-sync with your computer if
you choose activate.
If No is chosen, you will see:

Deactivate
If Activate displays, this means you chose No
at the prompt.
The phone checked in and told the server it did not want to store contacts
online.
You can click Activate, your status will update.
The phone will sync any contacts on the phone to the server and continue to
sync and update with new contact updates.
