Cancel a monthly recurring charge for games, applications, TV and radio

For services charged on a recurring basis, your subscription period begins when you purchase Premium Services content. You are automatically charged monthly until you cancel. After you cancel the service, you can use the content for the remainder of your monthly subscription period.

To cancel your Premium Service content:

  1. Go to sprint.com and sign in to My Sprint
  2. Click the My device & media tab
  3. Scroll down and select the Media/apps tile to show the My media & applications area
  4. Click the Manage my media & apps link
  5. You will see the My Content Manager in Digital Lounge
  6. Select the item you want to cancel
  7. Click Unsubscribe > Confirm > Done
