You can make cancel your automatic payment online anytime via My Sprint.
Note: You must have an account owner profile to make changes to billing or payment information. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.
To cancel your automatic payment:
Sign in to My Sprint, click the My
Scroll down to the All about my account section and click on AutoPay
Click Change my AutoPay info
Click Cancel automatic bill pay
To cancel, click OK.
This cancels your automatic payment enrollment, but you can sign up
again at any time. Your cancellation requires all future invoice payments to
be made online at sprint.com, by mail, or by pressing *3 from your Sprint
phone to use our voice automated payment system.
