The Sprint Right Plan Promise allows you the flexibility to change your rate plan at any time without fees or renewing your service agreement. Visit sprint.com/planfit to see if there may be a better Sprint plan to fit for your usage.

To change or update your plan online, you must have a valid My Sprint account and be set up with an account owner or account authorized profile. If you are not an account owner and do not have permission to change settings on your account, you will not have permissions to change or update your plan. Your plan change will be reflected on your next bill.

To change or update your rate plan online:

1. Sign in to sprint.com with a valid username and password.
2. On the My Account page, scroll to the I want to.. navigation tool on the right-hand side and click Change my plan.
3. Select the plan you would like to change. Click Change plan to choose a new plan.
4. Once you've chosen your plan, click Select at the bottom on the page.
5. Your selection will appear at the top of the page. If you'd like to add optional service add-ons, you can do so by choosing an eligible add-on from the list.
6. Click Continue.
7. Click Checkout to review your new plan, make any changes or checkout.
8. Review your order details to ensure that they are correct. Note: It is required that you enter your email address for confirmation.
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click Buy.

Note: Once a plan change is made, you cannot change back to your previous plan if it is no longer offered by Sprint. However, you will be able to switch to other plans Sprint currently offers.
