Check to see if you have Total Equipment Protection, Equipment Service & Repair Program or Equipment Replacement Program

You can check My Sprint or your printed monthly bill to see if you have Total Equipment Protection (TEP), the Equipment Service & Repair Program (ESRP) or the Equipment Replacement Program (ERP).
To check your plan add-ons list on My Sprint:
- Sign in to My Sprint with an account admin username and password.
- On the My Account page, scroll to the I want to navigation tool on the right-hand side and click Change my services.
- Select the device to view add-ons, and click Change service add-ons. The name of the service(s) will appear at the top of the add-ons list underneath Your current plan add-ons
To review the detailed charges on your eBill:
- Sign in to My Sprint with an account admin username and password.
- In the Your bill section, click See my bill.
- If you have TEP, ESRP or ERP on your device, the name of the program will appear in the detailed list of charges on the Monthly Statement page
On your printed monthly bill:
- Locate the Charges page in your monthly bill. If you have TEP, ESRP or ERP on your device, the name of the program will appear in the detailed list of charges
