Create a username and password to access My Sprint

Last Updated: Nov 18, 2013

In order to manage your My Sprint account online or post in our Community forums, you must create a sprint.com username and password for security purposes.

If you are the account owner, your username and password provide full ability to make changes to the account that affect your bill, such as adding or removing services or purchasing downloads. If you are not the owner of the account that carries your phone, you can view basic phone-related information such as minute and data usage, but cannot make changes to the account. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.

To create a sprint.com username and password, begin by visiting sprint.com and click Sign in/Sign up. Click Sign up now and follow the on-screen instructions for creating your My Sprint profile.

For your security, we've made some guidelines for usernames and passwords:

  • Your username is what you will use to sign in to My Sprint. Usernames must be 6-33 characters and are case sensitive. They can include periods, hyphens and underscores.
  • Passwords must be 6-33 characters but they cannot match your username. Passwords must include one capital letter and one number

If you forget your username and/or password, you can retrieve it by visiting sprint.com and clicking the Forgot username or password links.
