In order to manage your My Sprint account online or post in our Community forums, you must create a sprint.com username and password for security purposes.
If you are the account owner, your username and password provide full ability to make changes to the account that affect your bill, such as adding or removing services or purchasing downloads. If you are not the owner of the account that carries your phone, you can view basic phone-related information such as minute and data usage, but cannot make changes to the account. To create a sprint.com username and password, begin by visiting sprint.com and click Sign in/Sign up. Click Sign up now and follow the on-screen instructions for creating your My Sprint profile.
