Create my greeting on Visual Voicemail

Press the Home icon on the bottom of the phone.
Touch Main > Voicemail.
Touch Personalize Now and follow the system prompts to:
- Create a passcode
- Record your name
- Record a greeting
When prompted to enter information, touch the Dial Pad icon to bring up the onscreen dial pad for numeric responses.
Once the setup process is complete, return to the Voicemail page. See steps 1, 2, and 3.
Touch the Welcome to Voicemail message on the screen to play a brief explanation of the Visual Voicemail service.
