Customize the Sprint ID Packs on your phone by removing items

Remove an individual item from a Sprint ID Pack on your phone

To remove an individual application, ring tone, screen saver or wallpaper from a Sprint ID Pack:

  1. On your main Home screen, press the ID icon next to the Phone and Application icons
  2. At the Choose your ID screen, press the Menu button and select Manage
  3. Under the Content by ID section, select the ID Pack you want to modify
  4. A screen will appear with the options to Manage, Remove, or Re-install; select Manage
  5. You can then choose what to remove
    • Remove all apps/ringers/etc. by selecting the grayed out checkboxes or
    • Select the expand option (>) which displays each item individually to select for removal
  6. Select the grayed out checkbox for item(s) to remove
  7. Select Remove
  8. You will see a Confirm delete pop-up message; select Continue to remove the item(s)


Remove a group of items from all Sprint ID Packs on your phone

To remove a group of applications, ring tones, screen savers or wallpapers from all of the Sprint ID Packs currently installed on your phone:

  1. On your main Home screen, press the ID icon next to the Phone and Application icons
  2. At the Choose your ID screen, press the Menu button and select Manage
  3. Under the All content section, select All IDs
  4. At the Manage screen, select the grayed out checkbox for each item(s) to remove
  5. Select Remove
  6. You will see a Confirm delete pop-up message; select Continue to remove the item(s)


Remove an item from all of the Sprint ID Packs on your phone

To remove an individual application, ring tone, screen saver or wallpaper from all of the Sprint ID Packs that are currently installed on your phone:

  1. On your main Home screen, press the ID icon next to the Phone and Application icons
  2. At the Choose your ID screen, press the Menu button and select Manage
  3. Under the All content section, select All IDs
  4. At the Manage screen, you can choose to
    • Remove all apps/ringers/etc. by selecting the grayed out checkboxes or
    • Select the expand option (>) which displays each item individually to select for removal
  5. Select the grayed out checkbox for item(s) to remove
  6. Select Remove
  7. You will see a Confirm delete pop-up message; select Continue to remove the item(s)


Note: If you don't see an ID icon on your Home screen, you can find Sprint ID by pressing the Applications icon or the Menu button.
