Solve device problems

Last Updated: Oct 19, 2011

If you need routine phone maintenance or need to repair mechanical or electrical problems or failure from normal wear and tear, go to a Sprint Phone Repair Center to have your device repaired or replaced.

    • You won't be charged for repairs if you have Total Equipment Protection (TEP).
    • You'll get an estimate for charges if you don't have TEP.
    • Find a repair center near you.

If you have TEP and your device is lost, stolen or damaged, call Asurion at (800) 584-3666 to have your device replaced. There is a $50 or $100 non-refundable deductible.

    • You'll need to purchase another device at full cost if you don't have TEP.
