Displaying the Alert Log

To display the Alert Log, perform the following steps:

  1. In Sprint Connection Manager, click Menu.
  2. Select Alert Log. This menu option is unavailable if the alert log is empty.

NOTE:

To sort the entries, click the button that contains the title of the column you want to sort by or click an option under the Sort menu.

Exporting the entries to a text file

To export the entries to a text file, perform the following steps:

  1. Select File, and then select Export.
  2. Specify a file name and path.
  3. Click Save.

Copying entries

To copy entries, perform the following steps:

  1. Select the entries. Click a single entry, or use the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple entries. To select all entries, select Edit, and then select Select All.
  2. Select Edit, and then select Copy.
  3. Paste the entries into the desired document or file.

Deleting entries

To delete entries, perform the following steps:

NOTE:

To delete all entries, click the Clear button.

  1. Select the entries. Click a single entry, or use the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple entries.
  2. Select Edit, and then select Delete.
