Download Sprint Mobile Sync on your phone

If Sprint Mobile Sync is not already pre-loaded on your phone, you will need to download it. The steps to do this depend on the type of device you have.
If you have an Android™ phone:
- Tap the Android Market icon on your Home screen
- Tap the Sprint tab
- Look for Sprint Mobile Sync app or tap the Search icon and type in Sprint Mobile Sync
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download it to your phone
Note: There is no charge to download Sprint Mobile Sync to your Android-powered phone.
If you have a BlackBerry phone:
- Click the BlackBerry App World icon
- Select the Search (magnifying glass) icon
- Type in Sprint Mobile Sync and click the trackball or trackpad
- Select the Sprint Mobile Sync download and follow the on-screen instructions to download it to your phone
