Steps to enable or disable mobile data on your Sprint Vital

You may wish to disable mobile data to improve battery life or while troubleshooting connectivity issues.

  1. From the home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap to check or uncheck Data enabled.
  5. You've now enabled or disabled mobile data.
  6. Note: If the Data enabled setting is checked, mobile data is enabled.
