Signing up for eBill lets you opt out of receiving your bill by mail and get billing notifications via email instead. We'll notify you every month when your bill is ready to be viewed online.

To enroll in eBill online, you must register for My Sprint and set up an account owner profile. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.

To enroll in eBill:

1. Sign in to My Sprint with a valid username and password.
2. Click the My Preferences tab.
3. Scroll down to All about my account, and click My bill.
4. Under Sending your bill, select eBill.
5. Verify that the address for the delivery option you choose is correct. If your physical address or your email address is incorrect, click Change next to the address to make updates.
