    • Early upgrade option is available for an additional $10 per month per line for Easy Pay customers.

    • Customers, new or existing, with a service term agreement may select this plan for $95 per month.
  • All monthly prices exclude taxes and fees.

Who is eligible for the Unlimited plan?

  • New accounts or existing customers adding a line of service.
  • All lines on an existing customer's account can switch to these plans by meeting one of these conditions:
    • One phone on your account was purchased on Sprint Easy Pay
    • One line is no longer under a one- or two-year term agreement
    • One line is upgrade eligible on your account and you are upgrading to a new device on Sprint Easy Pay
    • By adding a new line of service to these plans on your account
    • Note: The line meeting one of the above conditions must switch to the Family Share Pack or Unlimited plan for other lines on the account to be eligible to switch.
  • Customers, new or existing, with a service term agreement may select this plan for $95 per month.
  • Plan only available in select markets.

What if I need more than one line with the Unlimited plan?

Based on your individual credit, you can have up to 10 lines on our Unlimited plan. Discounts apply on additional lines. All lines get Unlimited data, talk and text.

What is the $10 Early Upgrade option and how does it work?

The Early Upgrade option is available to customers who are upgrading a phone through Sprint Easy Pay or one of our leasing options with a qualifying plan. Simply choose to add-on the $10 per month per line early upgrade option plan within 30 days of the new activation of a new phone. After you've paid the $10 monthly charge for 12 consecutive months, you can upgrade to a new phone on Sprint Easy Pay or one of our leasing options. Giveback of your current phone will be required. See Sprint Giveback Program Terms for details. The charge will discontinue either when you choose to upgrade the phone or pay off all of your installment payments.

The $10 Early Upgrade add-on is not available for customers who purchase a phone with 2-yr discount pricing.

Can I cancel my $10 per month per line early upgrade option?

Yes, you can cancel the $10 monthly add-on at any time. If you cancel, you will not be permitted to add the option back on until your next phone purchase with Sprint Easy Pay or one of our leasing options and you will lose the option to upgrade early if you have not completed any early upgrades that you are eligible to receive. Early upgrade option payments made prior to cancelling the option are not refundable.

How do I exercise my Early Upgrade option?

Early Upgrade for Easy Pay, Sprint Lease, or iPhone for Life Plan: Requires active add-on thru time of upgrade with minimum of 12 consecutive payments of both the add-on and an installment agreement for phones, new phone Installment Agreement, account in good standing, and give back of current eligible device in good & functional condition. After upgrade, remaining unbilled installment or lease payments for giveback device are waived. A device upgrade does not guarantee customer can retain current plan.

Is the $10 per month early upgrade option available on phones purchased with a 2-year service agreement?

No. The $10 per month early upgrade option is only available on phones purchased through Sprint Easy Pay or one of our 24 month term leasing options and payments for the option under your current plan would not transfer to this plan.

I currently have a phone on Sprint Easy Pay and I am interested in moving to the Sprint Unlimited plan but want to keep the early upgrade option I've been paying for on my current plan. What can I do?

If you are currently paying for a phone through Sprint Easy Pay and your current plan includes an early upgrade option (for instance, the $20 unlimited data and early upgrade option with your Framily Plan), simply add the $10 per month early upgrade option when you switch to the Sprint Unlimited plan. We'll apply the number of consecutive months you previously paid for to this early upgrade option. Once you've made 12 total consecutive payments for the early upgrade option on a qualifying plans and installment agreement, you're eligible to upgrade to a new phone on Sprint Easy Pay! You have to give back your current phone to upgrade.  See Sprint Giveback Program Terms.

What do I do if I already have a hotspot on my plan?

If you switch to Sprint's new Unlimited plan your add-on will not be needed as long as you plan to use 3 GB or less of data through your mobile hot spot. If you need more data for mobile hot spot, you can pay $15/GB as you go for extra usage.

Does the Sprint Unlimited plan have roaming restrictions?

Yes. Off-network roaming is limited to (1) voice at 800 minutes or a majority of minutes and (2) data at 100MB or a majority of kilobytes.

I am already on the $60 or $70 Unlimited plan. Can I keep it?

Yes, if you already have the $60 or $70 Unlimited plan, you can keep it.

Can customers on the $60 Unlimited plan add a line?

New lines activated after 10/15/15 will be required to activate on the Unlimited plan.

Is Sprint Unlimited Guarantee included in this new plan?

No. Customers who signed up with the Sprint Unlimited Guarantee will have access to unlimited talk, text and data while on the Sprint network as long as they stay on a rate plan that includes The Sprint Unlimited Guarantee and the account remains in good standing. The new plan will not include the guarantee; so, to keep the guarantee, customers will have to remain on Unlimited My Way or My All-In.

Can I switch my account from the Framily plan to the Sprint Unlimited plan?

Yes, existing customers can easily move to the Sprint Unlimited plan if they meet the eligibility requirements:
