Apple App Store is a multimedia content service where you can buy applications and games for your Apple device.
Why is an Apple ID required for App Store?
An Apple ID links App Store to your Apple iPhone 5. You can purchase applications at App Store and it keeps track of your purchases. You can re-download and install previously purchased applications without additional cost in case you ever have to reset or replace your Apple iPhone 5.

Why is App Store not working?
What is the App Store refund policy?
All sales and rentals of products from the App Store are final. There are cases where an exemption may be granted, but these cases must be reviewed and granted by an appropriate Apple representative.
