  • What is Samsung Kies and what can it do?

    Kies is an application for your computer that:

    • Synchronizes your Samsung Conquer™ 4G contacts and calendar with Microsoft Outlook®
    • Synchronizes your bookmarks with your computer web browser
    • Transfers images, videos, music, playlists and other files to your Samsung Conquer 4G

    Download and install Samsung Kies.

  • What is Media Transfer Protocol (MTP)?

    MTP is a feature built into the Samsung Conquer 4G. It doesn't require extra software.

    After you plug your Samsung Conquer 4G into a computer, it automatically connects using MTP.

    Your Samsung Conquer 4G now behaves and installs as a storage device. You can then access the memory card and phone storage.

    Transfer files to and from your Samsung Conquer 4G via a USB cable.

  • How does the memory card work?

    The memory card is the main storage for your Samsung Conquer 4G. Your Samsung Conquer 4G also has 512MB internal storage.

    Captured images or video automatically save to the memory card.
    All Internet and application downloads, Bluetooth® file transfers, and most media types automatically save to the memory card as well.

    Your Samsung Conquer 4G supports microSD cards up to 32GB.
