  • How do I reset my voicemail passcode if I've forgotten it?

  • How can I access my voicemail from a different phone?

    Call your Kyocera Event from a different phone and press * during the voicemail greeting. Wait for the prompt and then enter your voicemail passcode.

    Note: You have to set up a voicemail passcode from your phone before you can access it from another phone.

  • Can I disable the voicemail feature?

    To disable the voicemail feature, dial *2 on your phone or dial 855-639-4644 to reach Sprint Prepaid Customer Care.
