Simply visit www.AssurantProtection.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to file a claim. You may also call 866-367-7807 and a claim representative will work with you to process your claim. You should report your loss within 60 days of incident unless additional time is required by state law. Proof of loss may be required.
When you contact Assurant Solutions, be sure to have your device's mobile number or the MEID number, device make and model, date of device purchase, as well as the shipping address for your replacement. On most devices, the MEID (DEC) or device serial number can be found on the back of the device and is usually 18 digits long. If you do not have this information, you may obtain it by contacting us.
If your device was stolen, file a police report and give the police report number to the claim representative. Also contact us to suspend your service and protect yourself against unauthorized use.
Once your claim is approved, a $100 non-refundable deductible will apply on loss, theft and accidental damage claims. The deductible can be paid with a credit card or debit card. If the claim involves a damaged or malfunctioning device, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the device.
We will make a reasonable effort to repair your device. If your device cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a Sprint-certified remanufactured device of a comparable model. If a reconditioned device is not available, the replacement will be a new device of a comparable type.
Note: Assurant Advanced Protection Pack allows a maximum of three (3) approved claims in a 12-month period for loss, theft and accidental damage. There is no limit on the number of mechanical or electrical failure claims.
