Check the version on your phone
To check the current version on your M320 by Samsung:
- From the Home screen, press Menu/OK
- Select Settings and press Menu/OK
- Select Phone Info and press Menu/OK
- Select Version and press Menu/OK and the software version will be listed in the format M320.XXXX
Update your software
To update the software on your phone:
- From the Home screen, press Menu/OK
- Select Tools and press Menu/OK
- Select Update Phone and press Menu/OK
- Select Update Firmware and press Menu/OK
- The message Please wait…Checking for firmware updates will appear
- You will be prompted to install the update after it has downloaded to your phone
