Check the version on your phone

To find the software version on your Instinct s30:

• From the Home screen, touch the Main tab, located at the bottom of the screen
• Touch Settings
• Touch General
• Touch Phone Information.

• Software Version will be listed on the second line of text under Version, in the format SW:XX.XXXX XXXX For example, if the phone is loaded with software version CB26, the second line of text will read: SW:ES.M810 CB26

Update your software

To update your Instinct s30 over the air:

1. From the Home screen, touch the Main tab, located at the bottom of the screen
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch General
4. Touch Update Software. The following message appears, Checking for software update. Please wait...
5. You will be prompted to install the update after it has been downloaded to your device.
