Check the version on your phone
To find the software version on your Sanyo Incognito™:
- Press the Menu/OK key to access the main menu
- Select Settings, and then press the Menu/OK key
- Select Phone Info, and then press the Menu/OK key
- Select Version, and then press the Menu/OK key
- The software version will be listed in the format 1.XXX
Update your software
To update your Incognito over the air:
- Press the Menu/OK key to access the main menu
- Select Tools, and then press the Menu/OK key
- Select Update Phone, and then press the Menu/OK key
- Select Software Version, press the Menu/OK key and the message Checking for firmware update. Please wait… will appear
- You will be prompted to install the update after it is downloaded to your phone

i receive an error code when trying to upgrade the firmware
If the over the air software update will not install on the device you will need to take device into service and repair
the firmware update downloads to my phone but cant install. It stops at 20% compete and says error try again late
