The length of time it takes for a payment to post to your account is based on the payment method. Expected timeframes for payment to post to the account are shown below:

are processed on the eve of your due date

On the phone with a Customer Service representative: 15 minutes

Sprint retail store, automatic payment machine or a payment given to
employee: 1 hour

Softgate, IPP, in-person: 4 hours

Electronic payments, such as online banking and Checkfree: If the
online banking partner you use sends funds electronically, payment should post
within 5 days. If the online banking partner requires the payment be sent in
the mail, it may take 7 calendar days to post.
