A non-refundable deductible for each approved claim applies to claims for lost, stolen, theft, physical or liquid damage. The amount of the deductible is determined by the model of your device.
There is no charge for repairs or replacements caused by normal wear and tear or out-of-warranty mechanical and electrical failure.
