A software update corrects the following issue with your Treo™ 755p by Palm.
There is an intermittent problem where both you and an incoming caller may notice a significant call volume drop during a call, and when a new incoming call is received, the volume will reset back to its original level.
To fix this, please update your handset software to version Treo755p-1.07-SPNT or greater.
