You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone.

The Roaming Indicator may continue to display after re-entering Sprint coverage. All Sprint BlackBerry plans include domestic roaming. Although the Roaming Indicator displays, no additional charges are incurred.

This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update. Until then, you can remove the Roaming Indicator (small triangle) by turning your phone off and back on again. You can also go to Manage Connections, turn the phone connection Off and then back On again.
