Fix an issue when the first 3-5 seconds of an incoming call plays through your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone speakerphone

You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8350i smartphone.
When receiving an incoming call on your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone, you may hear the initial 3-5 seconds of audio through the speakerphone before the audio moves to the smartphone earpiece.
A fix for this known issue was released on 8/24/10 through a handset software update.
