Fix an issue when the ringer, vibration or speaker is not working on your BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone

To correct this, perform a soft reset:
- Confirm the ringer, vibrate, or speaker is turned on
- Turn off the phone
- Remove the battery cover and battery and leave the battery out for 1 minute
- Replace the battery and battery cover
- Turn on the phone
It can take several minutes for the phone to restart after removing the battery. It is normal for a white screen and timer icon to display during startup - it is not an indicator that the device is locked or frozen.
