The trackball on your BlackBerry smartphone is similar to the trackball used in a mouse for a computer. If you are having a problem with your trackball scrolling appropriately (normally a problem with moving in a specific direction) you may have debris lodged between the trackball and the phone.
To correct this, rapidly roll the trackball up, down, left or right.
If this does not correct the problem, please visit a Sprint Repair Center.
WARING: Do not attempt to remove the trackball from your phone. Your phone may only be repaired by persons authorized by Research In Motion. Any attempt to repair the BlackBerry smartphone may invalidate any warranty applicable to your phone.
