A software update corrects the following issue with your PRO-700 by Sanyo®.
Occasionally you may be unable to access data services on the PRO-700 by Sanyo, including Web, Direct Connect, Navigation, Email and other data applications. When attempting to access these services, a yellow screen with an animated circle appears for 10-15 seconds, followed by an "Error 2048" display.
To fix this, please update your handset software to version 1.0008sp or greater.
