You may experience the following issue with your HTC Touch Diamond™.

You may be unable to access the internal storage if you cleared it by using the Settings > System > Clear Storage option.

This is a known issue and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.

To get your internal storage back, you will need to download and install a .cab file from the HTC web site.

To download the Internal Storage HotFix:

1. Go to: http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=148&cat=2&dl_id=436
2. Click the Download link and follow the instructions.

WARNING: After following the instructions for installing the fix, make sure you select the Repair and Format Internal Storage option only. Selecting the Clear Storage or Clear Storage and Format Internal Storage options will return your device to the original factory settings.
