You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Instinct® s30.
If you set the ringer volume to Vibrate All or Always Vibrate while listening to music and you receive a calendar or alarm alert, the phone vibrates for an extended period of time. To stop the vibration, change the ringer volume to a different setting.
This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.
