You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8350i smartphone.
When your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone Direct Connect Call Alert is set to Vibrate or None and you start a Direct Connect conversation, the incoming audio will play through the speakerphone speaker rather than the earpiece.
Update your software to the latest version to fix this issue.
