You can reference the phone's User Guide for specific instructions to forward a Visual Voicemail message. In most cases, the following steps apply:

1. Press the Home icon on the bottom of the phone.
2. Touch Main > Voicemail.
3. Select the message.
4. Click Reply > Forward.
5. Select the contact entry by::
   • Recent tab:
     • Select a recipient by touching an entry from the recent call history list.
   • Contacts tab:
     • Select a recipient by touching an entry from the contact list.
     • The message is then addressed to the primary phone number.
   • Manual Entry tab:
     • Select a recipient by manually entering either a phone number or e-mail address.
   • Enter Phone Number:
     • Use the onscreen dial pad to manually enter the contact phone number.
     • Touch Done to continue.
   • Enter E-mail Address:
     • Use the onscreen keyboard to enter a recipient's E-mail address.
     • Touch Done to continue.
6. Add more recipients by touching the Plus icon and repeating step 3.
7. Touch the play icon to review the message.
8. Apply customizations to the forwarded message by sliding the Privacy and Urgency settings to either On or Off positions
