Get assistance with an Error 16 message

You may hear an error message when attempting to place calls. This message will say Error 16, followed by a switch number.

If you are currently unable to place calls and you have heard the Error 16 message, please attempt to place another call and follow the prompts to contact a Customer Service Representative, who will be able to assist you.
