Follow these steps to receive credit for dropped calls:

  1. Call us (dial *2 on your phone)
  2. Say I want dropped call credit and follow the voice prompts to get credit
    • If you can't call from your mobile phone, dial (888) 211-4727 from any phone.

Note: You can receive only 4 credits per call and 20 total credits in a 30-day period.
