Your device can be serviced, repaired, or replaced at one of our 1,400 Sprint Phone Repair Centers. Many repairs can be accomplished within one business day, and replacements typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Fees for in-store repair services vary and are determined by your device and your protection program. Visit our Store Locator page to find a repair center near you.

You can also submit online replacement requests for eligible phones through our Phone Replacement Program. When your online request is approved, a replacement phone is shipped to you in a few business days along with a pre-paid shipping label to return your non-working phone. Transaction fees may apply.
