Charges for Sprint 411 and a connected call will appear as a single call on your invoice Call Detail section. It will appear as a normal call and will include both time spent with the operator and total airtime used.
Note: If you don't get the correct listing the first time you dial 411, you may call 411 back and request to have a credit issued to your account for the incorrect listing from the first call. You may also ask for the diffferent location, phone number, etc. during the second call. Sprint Customer Care can also issue a credit for inaccurate 411 calls.
