Total Equipment Protection (TEP) is a monthly subscription plan that offers comprehensive insurance, service, repair and replacement coverage. TEP combines the features and benefits of the Equipment Replacement Program and the Equipment Service & Repair Program.

Equipment Replacement Program (ERP) is a monthly subscription plan that offers coverage for lost or stolen devices, as well as devices with liquid or physical damage.

Equipment Service & Repair Program (ESRP) is a monthly subscription plan that offers coverage for problems resulting from normal wear and tear or out-of-warranty mechanical and electrical failure.
