Know what the LED indicators mean on your Sprint 4G Desktop Modem

Power Status
- On – power to the Desktop Modem is on
- Off – power to the Desktop Modem is off
Initializing Status
- The center LED flashes when the Desktop Modem is initializing
Signal Strength
- If all LEDs on the bar are lit, full signal is being received
- If all LEDs are off, the Desktop Modem is unplugged
- LEDs will display a chase pattern one by one when the device is attempting to locate and connect to the network
Note: There is no reset button on the Desktop Modem. If you want to reset the Desktop Modem, pull out the power cord and plug it in again.
