If you receive an Error 67 or PPP Error on your U301 while using it with a Mac, try the following steps:

Check your signal strength; if it is poor, move to a different location in the
building to get a stronger signal

Remove the U301 from your computer, shut down SmartView, restart SmartView,
reinsert the U301 and attempt to reconnect

Update your Data Profile

From the Tools menu, go to Settings > Hardware tab

Click on your device listing to highlight it

Click on Edit Device Settings button

Click on Update Profile button
