Learn about pre-ordering select devices

You can pre-order select devices on sprint.com. Here's all you need to know about the process.

Charges
We'll charge your card for your device when you place your order. And if you are starting a new line, we'll activate your device in the warehouse so it's ready for you right out of the box.

Shipping
Get the latest shipping information. During the pre-order period, we will send you a shipping email and tracking number.

Accessories
Any accessories ordered with your pre-order may ship separately. If that occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails

Mulitple orders
We're sorry. Pre-order phones cannot be packaged together with other orders. Please complete your pre-order order, checkout and come back to order any additional phones, tablets or mobile broadband devices.

Mail-in rebates
Any associated mail-in rebate forms may be shipped separately from your device

Upgrades
If you're upgrading, your new device will not be activated when it ships. You can activate it online at sprint.com/activate as soon as you get it

Keeping your number
Transferring your number from another carrier is easy!

  • We'll ask you for it when you checkout.
  • Your phone will continue to work until your new one arrives.
  • Simply call 866-437-1818 when you receive your phone and follow the prompts.

Returns
