You can pre-order select devices on sprint.com. Here's all you need to know about the process.
Ship to home
We'll do our best to get it to your shipping address as soon as inventory becomes available. A tracking number will be sent when your phone ships.
No need to call, our customer service representatives have the same information you have. Your order confirmation means that you are on our pre-order list. We'll send you a tracking number when it ships.
Ship to store
Picking up your device in a store is faster than waiting on shipping. Pre-order your device online and select Pick up in Store so you can get dedicated Ready Now device training and assistance during your appointment
We'll charge your card for your device when you place your order. And if you are starting a new line, we'll activate your device in the warehouse so it's ready for you right out of the box.
Any accessories ordered with your pre-order may ship separately. If that occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails
We're sorry. Pre-order phones cannot be packaged together with other orders. Please complete your pre-order order, checkout and come back to order any additional phones, tablets or mobile broadband devices.
Any associated mail-in rebate forms may be shipped separately from your device
If you're upgrading, your new device will not be activated when it ships. You can activate it online at sprint.com/activate as soon as you get it
Keeping your number
Transferring your number from another carrier is easy!
Because of extremely high volumes, we may not be able to cancel your order before it ships. Please check that your color and memory choices are correct. If you would like to return your device for any reason, please do not open your package. Check out sprint.com/returns for more information.
