Listen to your Sprint voicemail messages

To listen to your voicemail messages while on the Nationwide Sprint® Network:

  1. Press and hold the Envelope key on your Sprint phone until the phone indicates Connecting... (your Sprint phone number), or from standby mode or the Phone application on some Sprint devices, press and hold the 1 key.
  2. Enter your passcode. If One-Touch Access is turned on, you can skip this step.
  3. Listen to your messages, and then save or erase them.

To retrieve your voicemail messages while not on the Nationwide Sprint Network:

  1. Press and hold the Envelope key on your Sprint phone until the phone indicates Connecting... (your Sprint phone number), or from standby mode or the Phone application on some Sprint devices, press and hold the 1 key.
  2. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the Star * key.
  3. Enter your passcode.
  4. Listen to your messages, and then save or erase them.

To retrieve your voicemail messages from another touch-tone phone:

  1. Dial your Sprint phone number and wait for the call to roll to voicemail.
  2. Once your voicemail greeting begins, press the Star * key.
  3. Enter your passcode.
  4. Listen to your messages, and then save or erase them.
