When you set up automatic payments online, you are required to enter your billing account number (BAN). The account number is available online if you have an account admin or account authorized profile set up on My Sprint.
To locate your account number on My Sprint:
- Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password
- Click on the My preferences tab
- Click Update or add another account
- View account number next to each account nickname
Or
- From the My account page, click on the Global header at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- The account number is displayed next to username
- Use the drop-down menu to select another account
- Or from the My account page, click on See my bill.
- View the account number on the monthly statement
